Privacy Policy

Purpose
VerMutlu Manager is a business application operated by VerMutlu. Authorized users can connect business accounts and receive operational notifications. Gmail access is optional and requires the Google account owner's authorization.
Google data accessed
The application requests Gmail read-only access. It searches using configured sender and date filters and processes message identifiers, sender information, subjects, and short message previews. The email integration does not fetch complete email bodies or attachments and does not send, change, or delete email.
Use and storage
Relevant subjects, sender information, and previews are included in alerts sent to the Telegram destinations authorized for the same business account. The server stores message identifiers to prevent duplicate alerts. Alert text is also stored in the outgoing queue and local event history. The outgoing queue is cleared as messages are delivered or discarded; event history is retained according to the account's history settings. Message identifiers can remain until local records are deleted. OAuth credentials are stored in restricted files on the server so the application can maintain the authorized connection.
Sharing
Google data is processed through the Gmail API, VerMutlu's server, and the Telegram Bot API to provide the configured notification service. People with access to an authorized destination can see those alerts. Google email data is not sent to marketplace APIs, sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models.
Control and deletion
You can disable email monitoring and revoke access in your Google Account. Contact VerMutlu to request deletion of locally stored email records and credentials. Revoking access stops future access; it does not by itself erase previously delivered Telegram messages, local records, or server backups.
Limited Use
VerMutlu uses and transfers data received from Google APIs only to provide the authorized features described here, in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
